Brandy Extract

An artificial Brandy flavoring which may or may not be made with alcohol. Use as a substitute in any recipe that requires brandy.

Brandy extract is meant to give a brandy flavour without using alcohol to get it. It gives a concentrated brandy flavour, which would otherwise require a much higher quantity of brandy when that amount of liquid wouldn't be appropriate in a recipe. Try using it in baking, cocktails and desserts
