Hot Mango Sauce
Cool Runnings Hot Mango Sauce is a unique blend of the tropical mango flavour with spicy Scotch bonnet peppers.
This spicy sauce is ideal for chicken, fish, seafood, beef, pork and vegetables that can be grilled, baked or barbecued. You can also try it as a dipping sauce or use it as a base for salad dressings.
Directions: In a bowl combine 1 lb of poultry, fish or shrimp with 3/4 of a jar of sauce, reserving the rest. Cover and refrigerate for one hour. Over high heat, grill until fully cooked, basting frequently with reserved sauce.
Water, Sugars (mango purée, sugar), White vinegar, Modified corn starch, Salt, Scotch bonnet pepper, Citric acid, Sodium citrate, Sodium benzoate.
