Excellent yeast. It has not failed me once!

During the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, virtually every store was sold out of yeast. However, I was in a Chinese supermarket and lo and behold they had a whole stack of jars of this yeast. I ended up buying several jars, and they all went in the freezer.

Although I was skeptical at first that this would be decent yeast, my fears were extinguished very quickly. Everything rises beautifully. In fact, it is better than many other brands I've used.

My only complaint is that at around $7 a jar (as sold on this site) it is a bit overpriced. At $3-$4 a jar I think it would be reasonable.
