Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into thin strips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Cool Runnings jerk seasoning spice
- 1 tsp Cool Runnings garlic powder
- 1 tsp Cool Runnings onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste



Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into thin, uniform strips.
2. Once done, remove the sweet potato fries from the oven. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot and enjoy the Caribbean-inspired goodness!
3. Toss the sweet potato strips in the seasoning mix, ensuring they are evenly coated. Place the seasoned sweet potato strips on a baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
5. Once done, remove the sweet potato fries from the oven. Serve hot and enjoy the Caribbean-inspired goodness!
