Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 12 oz linguine or spaghetti, cooked al dente
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Cool Runnings all natural all purpose seasoning
- ½ tsp Cool Runnings crushed chili (adjust to taste)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ cup white wine
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- Salt and black pepper to taste


Directions
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, reserving ½ cup pasta water. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add shrimp and season with Cool Runnings All Natural All Purpose Seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink, then remove and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
5. Stir in white wine (or broth), lemon juice, and Cool Runnings Crushed Red Pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
6. Return shrimp to the skillet, toss with sauce, and add cooked pasta. Mix well, adding a splash of reserved pasta water if needed.
7. Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
