Ingredients
- 4 large apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 2 tbsp British Class lemon juice
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Cool Runnings ground cinnamon
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup British Class rolled oats
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, cold and diced
- Pinch of salt



Directions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Toss the apple slices with lemon juice, granulated sugar, and cinnamon (or pumpkin spice). Place the apples evenly in a greased baking dish.
3. In a bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt. Rub in the cold butter with your fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in nuts if using.
4. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the apples.
5. Bake for 30–35 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender.
6. Let cool slightly before serving. Optional: serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
