Ingredients
- 2 lbs carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp of Cool Runnings cinnamon ground
- ½ tsp Cool Runnings garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Add the carrots to a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil and maple syrup.
3. Sprinkle cinnamon, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt over the carrots and toss to coat evenly.
4. Spread the carrots in a single layer on the baking sheet.
5. Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are caramelized and the carrots are tender.
6. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed before serving.
