Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tsp Cool Runnings lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp Cool Runnings garlic powder
- ½ tsp Cool Runnings onion powder
- ¼ tsp Cool Runnings paprika
- Salt to taste
- 4 thin lemon slices




Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them skin-side down on the baking sheet.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt.
4. Brush the mixture evenly over each salmon fillet. Place one thin lemon slice on top of each piece.
5. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
6. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley or dill, and serve warm.
