Servings: 4 | Preparation time: 15 minutes | Cooking time: 25 minutes
Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes, cut into fries (skin-on or peeled)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Cool Runnings Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp Cool Runnings paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Rinse the cut fries under cold water to remove excess starch, then pat them completely dry with a paper towel.
3. In a large bowl, toss the fries with vegetable oil, Cool Runnings Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
4. Spread the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure they are not overlapping to help them get crispy.
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through, until golden and crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.
6. Remove from the oven and serve hot with your favourite dipping sauces like ketchup, aioli, or ranch.
