Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon Cool Runnings onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into thin, uniform strips.
2. Once done, remove the sweet potato fries from the oven. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot and enjoy the Caribbean-inspired goodness!
