Ingredients
- 2 racks of baby back ribs (about 3 lbs)
- ½ cup warm water or broth
- 2 tbsp Cool Runnings barbecue spice
- 1 ½ cup Cool Runnings Jerk barbecue sauce


Directions
1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Pat ribs dry with a paper towel and remove the silverskin (membrane) from the back for better texture.
2. Season both sides of the ribs evenly with Cool Runnings Barbecue Spice. Cover tightly with foil to lock in moisture and bake for 1 hour.
3. Remove from the oven and baste both sides of the ribs with 1 cup of Cool Runnings Jerk Barbecue Sauce.
4. Return ribs to the oven, still covered, and bake for another 1 ½ hours.
5. Remove the foil, increase oven temperature to 425°F (220°C), and bake ribs bone-side up until the sauce bubbles and caramelizes, about 15 minutes.
6. Flip ribs over, baste with the remaining ½ cup of Jerk Barbecue Sauce, and bake for another 15-20 minutes until the sauce is sticky and slightly charred..
7. Let ribs rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
