Garlic Herb Potato Wedges

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Cut each potato into evenly sized wedges (about 6–8 wedges per potato).

3. Place the potato wedges in a large bowl and drizzle with vegetable oil. Toss to coat well.

4. Sprinkle Cool Runnings Garlic, Pepper & Herbs Seasoning and some salt over the potatoes. Toss again to make sure all wedges are well seasoned.

5. Arrange the seasoned wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not touching for even crisping.

6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
