Ingredients
- 1 can (15-ounce) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup tahini paste
- 1 small garlic clove
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp of Cool Runnings jerk seasoning
- 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle over
- 1 tsp of Cool Runnings paprika


Directions
1. Add chickpeas, olive oil, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and jerk seasoning to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, add 1–2 tbsp of water to adjust consistency.
2. Transfer to a serving bowl. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle smoked paprika on top.
3. Serve with corn chips, pita, or veggie sticks. Enjoy!
