Servings: 4 servings | Prep time: 15 minutes | Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 500g beef steak (sirloin or flank), thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp Mekong premium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Cool Runnings black pepper ground
- 1 tbsp Cool Runnings all purpose seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Steamed white rice, for serving
Directions
1. In a bowl, season the sliced beef with Cool Runnings Black Pepper, All-Purpose Seasoning, and soy sauce. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
2. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced bell peppers and onions to the pan, stir-frying until they are tender but still crisp (about 3-4 minutes). Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the marinated beef slices. Stir-fry the beef for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking.
4. Add the sautéed bell peppers and onions back into the skillet with the steak. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
5. Serve the peppered steak stir-fry with steamed white rice and garnish with fresh parsley.
