Ingredients
- 2-3 white fish filets of your preference
- 1-2 tbsp Cool Runnings Cajun Seasoning
- ¼ cup butter, melted
Directions
1. Sprinkle Cool Runnings Cajun seasoning on both sides of each filet until evenly coated.
2. Heat a frying pan on medium-high heat; add enough butter to cover the bottom of the pan. When the butter starts browning, add the fish.
3. Fry one filet at a time to avoid crowding the pan. Fry the first side for 2-4 minutes, depending on the size and thickness of the filet.
4. Add more butter to the pan and fry the second size for 2-4 minutes, until fully cooked.
5. Enjoy.
