Complete Herbs Stir Fry

Serves: 4 |  Preparation time: 10 minutes | Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients
  • 3 cups mixed vegetables, chopped into bite-sized pieces (zucchini, bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, snap peas)
  • ¼ cup Cool Runnings complete herbs sauce
  • 1½ tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ small onion, thinly sliced
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Directions
1. Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.

2. Add garlic and onion, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant.

3. Add firmer vegetables first, such as carrots and broccoli, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Then, add the remaining vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, snap peas) and cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.

4. Reduce the heat slightly and pour in Cool Runnings Complete Herbs Sauce, black pepper, and salt (if needed). Stir well to coat the vegetables evenly.

5.  Cook for another 1-2 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp but still vibrant.

6. Serve hot as a side dish or over rice.
