Ingredients
- 2 white fish fillets (about 250g each)
- 1 bottle (350ml) Cool Runnings complete herbs sauce, divided
- ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to broil on high and line a baking tray with foil.
2. In a small bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with 2 tablespoons of Cool Runnings Complete Herbs Sauce and set aside.
3. Place the fish fillets in a separate bowl and marinate with the remaining Cool Runnings Complete Herbs Sauce for 10–15 minutes.
4. Drizzle the olive oil over the lined baking tray. Place the marinated fish fillets on the tray along with any remaining marinade.
5. Spoon the breadcrumb mixture evenly over each fillet.
6. Broil for 8–10 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
