- 3 cups short grain pasta, cooked
- 1 cup Cool Runnings blackened cajun sauce
- 1 can of tuna
- ¼ cup green onion, sliced
- 2 carrots, grated
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1. In a medium bowl mix all ingredients until they are uniformly coated by the sauce mixture.
Tip: Have some leftover chicken? Cube it and replace the tuna in this recipe.
