Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp Cool Runnings all purpose seasoning
- 1 tsp Cool Runnings black pepper ground
- 1/2 tsp Cool Runnings salt
- 1 tbsp grated onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Cool Runnings hot pepper sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for binding)
- 1 egg (optional, for binding)
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato slices, red onion rings, and sliced cheese (optional toppings)
- Grilled pineapple rings (optional for a tropical twist)




Directions
1. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, Cool Runnings All Purpose Seasoning, black pepper, salt, grated onion, minced garlic, and hot pepper sauce. Add breadcrumbs and egg if you prefer a firmer patty.
2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape into patties.Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates or pan.
3. Cook burgers for about 5–7 minutes per side, or until cooked through to your desired doneness.
4. Toast the burger buns for extra flavor.
5. Assemble the burgers with your choice of toppings. For a tropical twist, add grilled pineapple slices. Serve hot and enjoy!
