Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice, optional
- 1 tsp Cool Runnings dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp Cool Runnings dried rosemary
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 3 lbs cremini mushrooms


Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, thyme, and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Spread the mushrooms in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Pour the butter mixture over them and toss gently to coat.
