Strawberry Coconut Milk Smoothie

Directions
1. If using fresh strawberries, wash and hull them. If using frozen strawberries, you can use them directly from the freezer. Peel the banana and cut it into chunks.

2. Add the strawberries, coconut milk, banana, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract (if using) to a blender. If you’re using fresh strawberries, add the ice cubes as well.

3. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little more coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.

4. Taste the smoothie and add more honey or maple syrup if you prefer it sweeter. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.

Optional: Garnish the smoothie with a strawberry on the rim of the glass or a sprinkle of shredded coconut on top for an extra tropical touch.
