Strawberry Yogurt Parfait

Servings: 5 | Preparation: 5 minutes + 1h Chilling Time

Ingredients
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled
  • ¼ cup Cool Runnings strawberry jam
  • 24 oz vanilla yogurt
  • 1 ¼ cups granola
  • 6 oz mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)

Directions
1. Chop strawberries into ½ inch or ¼ inch pieces and transfer to a mixing bowl.
Stir in strawberry jam. Set aside.

2. Spoon ¼ cup yogurt into the bottom of each jar or glass.

3. Add ¼ cup of the strawberry mixture on top of the yogurt. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons granola over the strawberries.

4. Add another ¼ cup yogurt. Top with 1 heaping tablespoon of the strawberry mixture. Sprinkle with another 2 tablespoons granola.

5. Finish with mixed berries on top.

6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.

7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
