Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups of Cool Runnings coconut milk
- ½ cup British Class quick oats
- 2 tbsp British Class turbinado sugar
- ¼ tsp of Cool Runnings ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch of Cool Runnings ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch of salt





Directions
1. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, quick oats, turbinado sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to boil.
3. Continue stirring for 1 to 2 minutes, until the oats are soft and creamy. Tip: For a thinner texture, add a splash of hot water or more coconut milk to loosen the oats to your liking.
4. Remove from heat, divide into bowls and serve warm. Top with your favorite add-ons like sliced bananas, nuts, or shredded coconut for extra flavor and crunch.
