- 1 1/2 cups of Cool Runnings coconut milk
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 2 tablespoons British Class turbinado sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of Cool Runnings ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch of Cool Runnings ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
1. Combine milk, oats, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a saucepan. Add lemon peel, if using. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly for 2 minutes.
