Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of Cool Runnings coconut milk
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 2 tbsp British Class turbinado sugar
- 1/4 tsp of Cool Runnings ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch of Cool Runnings ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp lemon zest (optional)




Directions
1.In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, oats, turbinado sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and lemon zest if using.
2.Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil.
3. Continue stirring for 1 to 2 minutes, until the oats are tender and the texture is creamy.
4. Remove from heat and serve warm.
