Grilled Halibut Steaks

1. In a stainless steel or glass bowl, combine garlic, olive oil, parsley, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and Cool Runnings Ground Allspice (Pimento).

2. Place the halibut fillets in a shallow glass dish or resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the fish, making sure each piece is well coated. Cover or seal, then refrigerate for 1 hour, turning occasionally to ensure even marination.

3. Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat and lightly oil the grill grate.

4. Remove the halibut from the marinade and allow the excess to drain off. Grill the fillets for about 5 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

5. Serve immediately and enjoy.
