Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb fresh okra, washed and air dried
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp Cool Running ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ancho chile powder
- 1/4 tsp Cool Runnings rosemary garlic
- 1/4 tsp Cool Runnings ground black pepper



Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Place the okra in the center of a large sheet pan and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with all the seasonings and toss well to coat evenly.
2. Spread the okra into a single layer across the pan. Roast for 18–20 minutes, shaking the pan and turning the okra halfway through.
3. Let cool slightly before serving.
