Spicy Honey Garlic Shrimp

Yields: 2 servings | Prep time: 10 minutes | Cooking time: 6 minutes

      Directions
      1.  In a bowl, toss shrimp with Cool Runnings Jerk Seasoning Sauce, garlic powder, and paprika.

      2. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium-high heat.

      3. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and slightly caramelized.

      4. Reduce heat to low, then add honey, minced garlic, and lime juice. Stir quickly to coat the shrimp in the glaze.

      5. Remove from heat and serve with rice, pasta, or a fresh salad!
