Ingredients
For the Dough:
- 1½ cups warm water
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp British Class instant yeast
- 3½ cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1/2 cup British Class brown sugar
- 1/2 cup British Class oats
- 3 tsp of Cool Runnings cinnamon ground
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- ¾ cup of British Class icing sugar
- ½ tsp of Cool Runnings vanilla extract






Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly grease a 12-inch pizza pan.
2. Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes.
3. Add flour and mix into a smooth dough. Let rise for 10 minutes.
4. Roll dough into a 12-inch circle, place on pan, and rest for 10 minutes.
5. In a small bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon. Spread over dough.
6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until edges are golden.
7. Beat together butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla for glaze. Microwave briefly if needed.
8. Drizzle glaze over baked pizza and serve warm.
