- 1 cup mixed nuts - we used peanuts, cashews and almonds
- 2 tbsp British Class Coconut Oil, melted
- 2 tsp Cool Runnings Jerk seasoning
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. In a small bowl, place the nuts, melted British Class Class Coconut Oil, and Cool Runnings Jerk Seasoning. Mix until the nuts are evenly coated.
3. Line a tray with parchment paper, place the nuts and bake until nuts are crunchy about 6 minutes.
