Ingredients
- 1 large ripe pineapple
- 2 tbsp Cool Runnings jerk marinade
- 2 tbsp British Class dark brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 lemon


Directions
1. In a bowl, whisk together the jerk marinade, lemon juice, olive oil, and sugar. Add the cubed pineapple and toss well to coat evenly.
2. Preheat your grill and line it with foil. Spread the marinated pineapple pieces evenly across the foil, ensuring they’re not crowded.
3. Grill for 20–25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the edges are caramelized and lightly charred.
4. Serve warm on its own or as a flavourful side with your favourite dessert.
