Ingredients
- 1 cup of British Class golden sugar
- 2/3 cup of baking cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon of Cool Runnings table salt
- 8 cups of 2% milk
- 2/3 cup of water
- 2 teaspoons of Cool Runnings vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of Cool Runnings almond extract
- Miniature marshmallows, optional
- Cool Runnings cinnamon sticks (optional)

Directions
1. In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, cocoa and salt. Stir in milk and water. Cook and stir over medium heat until heated through. Remove from the heat; stir in extracts. Serve in mugs, with marshmallows and cinnamon if desired.
