Servings: 4-6 | Preparation time: 15 minutes | Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

Directions
1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions, then drain and let cool completely.

2.  In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped green onion, julienned carrots, and chopped cilantro.

3. Add Cool Runnings All Purpose Seasoning and mayonnaise. Toss everything together until well coated.

4. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

5. Serve cold and enjoy.
